Our configuration and customization expertise includes:

Incoming image Early Archiving - Attaches an incoming image to an SAP workflow item. When the SAP workflow item is executed, the incoming document is displayed, the required SAP transaction is launched, and the incoming document is linked to the SAP object when the SAP transaction is completed.

Incoming image Late Archiving - Attaches an incoming image to an SAP workflow item. When the SAP workflow item is executed, a pop-up window opens which allows selection of an SAP object that already exists. Upon completion of the workflow item, the incoming image is attached to the selected SAP object.

Incoming document Archiving with bar code - Automatically links a document to an SAP object using bar code matching. The document can be scanned and sent to SAP before the SAP object is created (Early Archiving), or the SAP object can be created before the document is scanned and sent to SAP (Late Archiving).

Outgoing document archiving - Archives SAP output (such as purchase orders, customer invoices, or sales orders) to a content storage area as PDF files.

Print list archiving - Archives SAP reports as PDF files to a content storage area.

Data Archiving - Archives SAP data to a content storage area. Archived data can be retrieved for viewing in SAP if the archive object provides this functionality, or by using a third-party product such as EMC Viewpoint for SAP.

Generic Object Services - Allows SAP users to attach documents to SAP transactional data, with automatic document archiving to an HTTP repository.
