InputAccel provides a high-availability, distributed server/client architecture which is suitable for small organizations and can easily be scaled for large enterprises. InputAccel has a modular design, allowing customers to start small and grow the imaging system as new business requirements are identified. This product offers flexible configuration options for image enhancement, document routing, data capture, and data validation. It also provides a robust set of export connectors to a variety of content management and database systems.

InputAccel for Invoices extends InputAccel to allow the performance of automatic invoice data extraction, data validation against purchase orders (including line-item detail matching), and export of images and critical business data to virtually any A/P, ECM, ERP, database, workflow, or other business system. InputAccel for Invoices helps speed up invoice processing, reduces administrative errors, shortens invoice retrieval times to seconds, and increases the ability to take advantage of early payment discounts that can provide significant cost savings.

Dispatcher extends InputAccel capabilities to allow the performance of high-speed automatic classification, indexing, data extraction, and routing. To automatically classify documents, Dispatcher uses a combination of text and image analysis, precision anchors, handwriting recognition, table detection and data extraction, and free-form data capture. This means that all types of documents can be scanned in a single batch - structured, semi-structured and unstructured, without having to manually sort the documents first.
